My name is Nicola Blake and from a very early age, growing up in the Church of England, I had a fascination with the cross. Whenever I heard the story of the death of Jesus and His glorious resurrection I was filled with deep emotion and was moved to dance and mime. The church I attended at the time is called St Cross. God incidence I know. At the age of fourteen I gave my heart to Jesus and the full revelation of who Jesus was and is was made known to me, I have been dancing ever since.

Later in my teens I trained at the Northern school of contemporary dance in Leeds. The training has enhanced my gift in ministering to the body of Christ at conferences, church meetings, youth groups, prisons, etc. I believe we as believers are called to worship God

and that dance is one of those forms of worship. My prayer is that when I dance for God in the congregation of the Saints or in the presence of whosoever that they would see

Jesus and worship Him as they ought.
